Borgese Studios and Suites was once a shoulder-to-shoulder cluster of houses, stables, and haylofts.
Five years of planning, design, and restoration transformed them into a comfortable modern micro-inn while carefully preserving old walls of Langa stone, exposed beams, and brick arches.

All room rates include our meticulously curated breakfast Our expansive breakfast buffet consists mostly of local delicacies. It varies continuously and seasonally and typically includes – Eggs cooked to order. Fresh citrus juices, squeezed to order. Cappuccino, espresso, caffè Americano, and other espresso drinks. A variety of artisanal cheeses from local provinces. Homemade jams and preserves. Cured meats (salumi). Seasonal vegetables Locally produced honey, such as acacia and chestnut Regional pastries and cookies from local bakers. Cereals and granola Fresh seasonal fruits Two to four torts, often homemade by family members, such as torta margherita di limone (lemon daisy tort), torta di nocciole (hazelnut tort), or torta di castagne e cioccolato (chocolate-chestnut tort). Enoteca A few steps below ground level is our enoteca -- part wine bar and part wine shop -- where you can taste local wines, artisanal cheeses, and other delicacies. This is the best-preserved and oldest part of the house; it features a view of an underground cistern hundreds of years old and incorporates a centuries-old brick structure that was once part of the defensive wall surrounding the old village of Neive.
